Says they are open but the postnord part of the building is closed down permanently according to them. Don't waste your time and go here.

Firstly, the delivery person decided he doesn’t want to work, so he pressed in the app that he couldn’t enter my building even though he had all of the information to reach me and I was there. Of course the message that he could reach me came after 10 mins, so I could find him at that time. I had to go to the post office and then I found out my other package (they were both from IKEA, they couldn’t fit everything into one box) was not there. I thought ok maybe they will deliver it on Monday. After a week of being told it will be at my door today I found out they have some bug in the system (synonym to your package got lost/stolen). Ok I contacted ikea, they send another one. Then the post delivery men again decides he doesn’t want to work so he just pressed he couldn’t enter, even though I specifically asked them like 6 times to contact me if he has any problem entering the building. Again the message was sent at the time you can’t reach customer service and 10 mins after he “tried to deliver my package”. I have never in my life experienced such a poor service.
