We are trying to get out of this subscription, but no reply from customer support and they keep charging us, should be illegal.

Had the worst experience. Downgrading the business plan, and had that cofirmed by their system. 2 days later a full years ahead payment was done? We were not going to use the system, and therefore asked to have the money returned. But they have a non-refund policy.... That apperantly also works when they did the error. After long conversations, and with the finance board it was solved. They keept the money. Would not recommend this company for anyone
