Topprodukt med toppkundtjänst

Till och börja med är det själva produkten. Penclic KB3 ("minikeyboard") är helt enkelt väldigt bra. Skön knappkänsla, layout, enkel att para med Bluetooth. Det r också lätt att slänga i laptopväskan och ta med till jobbet så att jag slipper använda någon annans tangentbord OCH kan ha kvar den ergonomiskt fördelaktiga positionen av musen som då kommer nära kroppen och sparar axeln. Sen lyckades jag alldeles själv orsaka ett tekniskt problem på mitt tangentbord, men Penclic hjälpte mig ändå att få ett nytt utan extra kostnad. Väldigt bra bemötande i kundtjänst. Kanske var för att jag bad om råd för hur jag kunde laga mitt tangentbord och var trevlig själv. Det brukar i snitt hjälpa när man har med alla typer av support att göra. Supporten är de som hjälper dig att fixa ett problem, inte de som orsakat det :)

This is the best ergonomic mouse

This is the best ergonomic mouse I every use, the company have awsome support and now I waiting for the next generation penclic mouse. Why is best becasuse the pain in my hand just gone after 2-3months and now for 5-6years I still use penclic mouse.

Avoid buying anything from them

Avoid buying anything from them! Penclic will missell there product line as ergonomic and well designed. What you will get to know only once you become a customer is that they have no reliable customer support and will ignore your communications. Furthermore the products are designed with limited life as you can not change batteries or buy spares. This company just makes cheap quality products which are sold at exorbitant prices. Sad to see a Swedish company have such a wretched and unresponsible business model. Penclic is such an unscrupulous company which will shamelessly remove negative listings on their instagram page instead of behaving ethically.

Expensive, horrible quality

Expensive. Zero quality control, defekt after 18monthes two times!

Outstanding customer support! I asked for support via the support function on their webpage. 3 days later I received a new product at my front door. Best customer service I ever experienced. By the way - the Penclic mouse is a very good product if you are struggling with sore arms/wrists due to an ordinary mouse. /Marcus

This company is a SCAM!!!

I bought two keyboards, but both went crazy after only 6 months. They promised me a refund, not only have they not kept their word, and they no longer respond to messages... I advise everyone not to buy their products, they are dishonest and do not respect the guarantee of the products. Stay away if you don't want to throw your money into these junk products.
