Stayed here in late April and honestly, the whole experience was pretty surreal — it’s a glass igloo sitting right on a frozen river!! Perfect spot for Northern Lights since there’s basically zero light pollution. Even though it’s late in the season, we experienced full on blooming sky! Super quiet, super unique, and actually really cozy. Definitely worth it if you want something different and a good shot at seeing the aurora.

Staying in this glass igloo on a frozen lake felt like stepping into another world. The setting is absolutely magical — endless white snow, silence all around, and at night, the sky comes alive in a way you’ll never forget. Watching the stars (and even the northern lights!) from the warmth of the bed was something truly special. It turn out there's MUCH SUN in mid April too which was a nice surprise for us! What made the experience even better was the host. Everything was perfectly organized, from clear communication before arrival to thoughtful little touches that made the stay cozy and comfortable. Thank you Bjorn!!!!
