Hyrde en resevagn för våran semester, vi valde att hämta och lämna den på parenlys lager och det funkade hur smidigt som helst! Hyrde en resvagn för vår semester och är väldigt nöjd över att vi hyrde från Parently. Vagnen levererades till ombud utan problem och den var i superfint skick. Kommer använda Parently igen om vi ska hyra liknande produkter igen!

-We got a stroller which wasnt clean! So have it in advance if you want a I thing their website, the place you login to see your order and what u should pay needs a lot of improvement and creates a lot of confusion. Nothing is clear, like its made to create confusion so that you pay more. You cannot see how long the subscription is if you have one. You cannot pay everything at once so if you have a subscription they will ”sent you the bill by email”. You will have to check your emails carefully because even the emails weren’t very clear. I got an email that said- complete your order - after I had returned the things, and thought I was done with everything, but I had on more month to pay. I just think it would have been so much easier if they just sent the bill, but writing complete your order was so weird, I ignored it thinking it was some wrong email i got, and got to pay more as I delayed the payment.

Jättesmidigt och bra erfarenhet rakt igenom. Bokningen var super enkel. Hyrsakerna var bra kvalité och priset låg på en bra nivå. Super praktiskt att kunna hyra saker inför resan utomlands.

Rented a travel stroller from Parently and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. The stroller was exactly what we needed for our trip, and customer service answered all my questions really quickly. Highly recommend if you're travelling with little ones. Renting instead of buying for a short trip turned out to be the perfect solution. Five stars.

There was a problem with the pick up…
There was a problem with the pick up from the airport. We got a wrong product. I ordered for Doona x coz it can be used as in a car seat, but unfortunately the staff on duty that morning has no idea of the order and gave as the bugaboo stroller instead. We were running late already so I didn't check if it is the right product, thinking and trusting that the one they gave us was right. To cut the story short. We end up not having the carseat on our trip to london. My baby is 7months old and we didn't have a choice but to sit him on our lap everytime We travel around the town. It was not a good experience for the first time customer, however when I called them about the mixed up, they gave us a full refund. I know they can't do anything about it coz we have already left the country. So we just have to live with it. I am actually planning to rent the doona x for long term, but since we weren't able to see, try and use it... the plan was cancelled.
