Probably the best service I’ve ever experienced while online shopping. Order was hand delivered for free within a day of ordering. The packaging was immaculate and came with a thank you note. It felt like getting a birthday present. Products were exactly as described and in perfect condition. I will go out of my way to buy from them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I bought Mitsubishi Kuru Toga from the store. In few words - Great customer service! The little personalized note was a great touch. Thank you Paper Whisper! All the best!

Amazing! Cannot believe that such an amazing shop exists - and even in Uppsala! The attention to detail, from careful wrapping to personalised notes makes each purchase a unique experience - reminiscent of trips to Japan. I will definitely enjoy the pen and paper and will come back for more! Domo ~!
