We sat down and waited for a while for someone to take our order. After some time, we started wondering if it was self-service, so I got up and went inside to order a drink myself. As I walked in, the waiter was on the phone, completely ignoring the fact that I was standing there waiting. Other guests even started talking to me and apologizing on his behalf for the wait! When he finally finished his call, I placed my order and waited to take the drink outside to the terrace. He told me he would bring it to me. Fifteen minutes passed after we ordered, and since there was no one else waiting, we decided to just get up and leave. Unprofessional.
