Really ugly products in the store. Around the Glasbruk there are malls called Kosta outlet. They have nothing to do with the glass production. Entrance fees need to be paid for looking at the glass production. Very uninspired and due to the ugliness of the products somehow sad place.

Ett stort outlet med massor av glas grejor men kläder och klockor mm har inte riktigt här och göra ... Du kan göra lite fynd ibland glas ...

The whole place is very commercialized and geared toward consumerism. All the soul has been taken out of glass blowing and the mall across the way just adds to the grossness of the place. The only bright spot was the art gallery, which was amazing. The hot shop herring, however, was incredibly oversold - definitely a scam. Folding tables and bad food in an empty warehouse like building was definitely not as advertised. Additionally it was supposed to start at 1730 but did not until 1900. I would absolutely not recommend it to anyone. If you’re looking for good glass blowing then go to the local studios and support local artists like Magma Art Glass or Mickejohans Konstglas AB! Those were great!!!!
