RE: Poor Communication I attempted to schedule an appointment with Fredrik E. Kastenholm from this company but unfortunately had a very poor experience with communication. He mentioned that he sent a meeting link, however I never received it. I reached out again to try to reschedule and sent two follow-up emails but never received any response. I understand that things can get busy, but a simple reply or clarification would have been appreciated. Based on my experience, communication and follow-through were lacking.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the scheduling left you with this impression. For what it's worth, several booking links were sent your way, so I suspect they may have landed in a spam folder or slipped through somewhere between our systems. That's little comfort when you're the one waiting on a reply, and I do regret the runaround. I'd very much like to get this sorted properly.
