The steel handle of tire inflator destroyed the valve in winter when I was in västerås. I got scared when I saw OKQ8 Haggvik also changed to steel handle. I told my accident to the staff. They listened and changed back to the soft one. I appreciated they listened. A few years ago, the autowash dry stick crashed my backwindow. I did not get compenstation, but they did remove the dry stick and changed to dry brushes. I saw some reviews and I agree that self hand wash is too expensive. it is running so fast as soon you pushed starting even you are not using anything between you change to another program in the menu. The degreasy and shampoo are not working efficient to remove the dirts, my car is still dirty afterwards. and I paid much more than using autowash. They should re calibrate the charging system for self washing. I have given feedback several times but it seems it did not get better and it is getting worse....
