Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding our wooden serving boards, we would like to clarify that they are specifically designed for food service. Serving our desserts on wooden boards has been part of our concept since 2018. The boards are cleaned thoroughly after every use in professional commercial dishwashers using appropriate cleaning products. Wooden serving boards are also commonly used for food service in many restaurants, and hygiene is something we take very seriously. Regarding the waiting time, our pancakes and many of our desserts are freshly prepared and cooked to order. This naturally requires some preparation and cooking time, as we prefer to serve our products freshly made rather than pre-prepared. As for the taste and pricing, we completely respect that this is a matter of personal preference, and we appreciate you sharing your opinion. Thank you for visiting Notello Rolls.
