Subject: Feedback on Staff at Gränbystaden – 13 October 2025, 14:30 I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with your staff at Gränbystaden on 13 October 2025 at around 14:00. Unfortunately, they were not helpful, appeared unfamiliar with the products, and did not provide clear answers to my questions. Additionally, instead of assisting me, they made fun of the questions I asked, which I found disrespectful and unprofessional. I believe customer service is important, and I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.
