Title: Disappointing experience – Lack of professionalism and respect for time "Based on a recommendation from my neighbors, I visited this company to get a quote for exterior house painting. I met with Tomas, who seemed professional at first. He took my address and phone number and scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be very disappointing. I waited at home for a long time, but no one showed up, and I didn't even receive a phone call to apologize or explain the delay. A company that does not respect its appointments with customers gives a very poor impression of its reliability. If they cannot commit to a simple meeting, I cannot trust them to commit to quality or technical specifications for the actual job. I do not recommend dealing with them due to this lack of accountability
