I only went there for one session whilst I was away on buisness, so this isn’t a review from a regular. But I really enjoyed the session; the equipment is excellent and varied so despite the limited space, I was able to do a full-body workout.

I called because I was going to be late due to my bus being delayed, and I wanted to avoid losing my training pass. Unfortunately, the receptionist, who said she was the boss, was very impolite and unwilling to help. She immediately denied that it would be possible to make an exception or even try to assist me. What was most disappointing was the lack of customer service. She showed no interest in finding a solution or helping in any way. The problem with Nordic Wellness is that the staff experience is very inconsistent. Some employees are professional, kind, and truly service-minded, while others seem to bring a negative attitude to work. If this person really is the manager, that is concerning. The other two receptionists I have met have always been helpful, polite, and understanding. It was especially disappointing to hear her say that she would make sure the other staff would not help people in similar situations if they were not exactly 10 minutes early. This has never happened to me before, and it left a very negative impression.

A great location. This gym has contemporary equipment. Although this gym is not as big as many NW objects, it has all the necessary equipment. It is clean and well-maintained.

Hej!
