This is one of the best gyms in Sweden. Thanks to the staff for their advice.

Today, I had the chance to train at this gym, and I found it to be a very pleasant and well-equipped facility with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff members are friendly and always ready to assist. They are currently offering a two-week free trial, with a 200 SEK fee for an NFC tag. Comparing it to the other premium gym in Skellefteå where I previously trained for three years, here are my observations: What I particularly like about this gym: The minimalist Nordic lighting and overall design are very appealing. The lift provides convenient access to the second floor for elderly or disabled individuals. The lockers are equipped with electronic locks. There is a well-equipped kids' club with a television. A buffet offers smoothies and whey protein. The professional-grade shock absorbers under the racks for heavy lifting, while slightly louder, create a different atmosphere. The music selection is nice, with different music in the changing rooms, training areas, and entrance. There are ample mirrors, including those in front of the Smith machines. There is sufficient space for free weight training. The group training area is also very nice. What I missed from my previous gym: A larger overall space with a greater variety of equipment, including different brands and types. The availability of engine warmer plugs in the parking area. A dedicated X training area. A wider selection of jump boxes and suspension bands (though this is not a major concern). As I mentioned, I enjoy both gyms and do not have a preference. I will provide an update to this review when I have had the opportunity to visit again on a pick time. Thank you Nordic Wellness!
