I'm happy about the PRP treatments I've received so far. The people tend to be very nice and attentive. But... I did a hair transplant that, sure, was good, but I'm a little disappointed that the sides of the hairline remain so receded. This was a discussion I had with the surgeon and nurse at the time when they were drawing the hairline and I asked them if they could put at least some more there, but they insisted that the results wouldn't look "natural" if we did that. I was extremely unsure because they're experts, but I could see with my own eyes that I probably wouldn't be 100% happy with the result if they did what they wanted. However when I repeated my request and expressed my discomfort, they shut me down again and insisted that it wouldn't look natural and that this would be great, so I gave in. Again, they're the experts. Well, unsurprisingly, I'm not 100% happy. To me it's absolute nonsense that some more hair in that area would've looked unnatural. If I pull my hair back now, then sure, my hairline is dramatically improved, but if I were an onlooker, I would personally guess that the hair was receded and thinning in those areas just because of how far back they are in the corners. You don't really want to come out of a 43 000SEK hair transplantation and lengthy healing process, and still feel a bit uncomfortable combing your hair back. I have PLENTY of hair on the back of my head, and expressed what I wanted, so there was really no reason to not accept my request. I was at my "1 year check" for the hair transplant yesterday, and I was a little surprised that I wasn't offered ANYTHING when I expressed disappointment. Like, nothing. Not even a discount on a PRP service or something, just a simple "Well I think it looks great. You go ahead and think about it if you want to do it again." and then sending me home. I was similarly disappointed with an eyebrow transplant I got with them a few years ago. Most of it looks great, but there's a pretty significant gap on the left eyebrow that looks stupid, it's so prominent it almost looks like a scar. I have to add extra dye there in order to make it look a little more "filled out". When I mentioned it during my check-in, all I got was "Well, eyebrows are uneven and never the same, it wouldn't look natural otherwise." Again, expensive procedure, lukewarm result. And I'm not a difficult person to please by any means, in general. It's just not good service practice and I thought I'd get a better reception considering the oh-so happy people on their webpage who have supposedly even had things fixed for free when they weren't happy. I don't know, I so badly want to be happy with this company, but I'm just not. I don't really understand how they can 1. Refuse to honour my requests when I pay them an insane amount of money, and 2. Not care at all when I'm unhappy about the results. And to hit me again with the "It wouldn't look natural...", it DEFINITELY would've looked natural just fine. I don't see why their opinion matters more than mine when it's my head. The whole "We know and do what's best for you"-shtick they try to pull is just ridiculous and infantilising. Sad.

Har väntat ett år på något ska hända och kan nu säkert säga att jag slösat min tid. Ser väldigt likadant ut från innan hårtransplantation och ångrar verkligen hela processen. Fick raka bort allt hår, genomgå en smärtsam process och fick betala massa pengar för att må lika dåligt. Aldrig haft ett så dåligt år i mitt liv.

I made the decision to have a hair transplant around six years ago because I was losing confidence as my hair started thinning. Living in a small town in Sweden, about 143 miles from Stockholm, I wasn't sure how things would turn out for me as a black man with darker skin. But when I first contacted Nordic Hair Clinic, I was immediately booked for a consultation with Maggie in Stockholm. From the very first meeting, Maggie and her team made the process feel personal and supportive. I was worried about how difficult it might be to undergo a hair transplant in Sweden, but Maggie reassured me that they could handle everything. She made me feel welcome and let me know that I'd always have their support after the procedure. Thanks to Nordic Hair Clinic and Maggie, I not only got my hair back but also regained my confidence and self-esteem. Now, I smile more, and I don't feel the need to wear a cap all the time to cover up my hair. The results have been amazing, and I’ve continued going for PRP treatments, with regular consultations with Maggie along the way. Maggie has been with me throughout this entire journey, and I am incredibly grateful to her and the entire team at Nordic Hair Clinic. Jag gjorde 3 standard PRP behandlingar och var först ganska skeptisk och trodde inte det skulle fungera. Men efter 3 behandlingar (var 6:e vecka) så var effekten tydlig. Rent ärligt var jag förvånad över hur stor positiv effekt det hade haft. Jag har fått tillbaka mycket av mitt hår och håret känns också tjockare och hälsosammare. Så jag var väldigt nöjd och har bokat ytterligare en behandling efter ytterligare 6 månader för att upprätthålla resultat. Jag tycker det är värt.

Helt otrolig miljö, personal och transplantationer! Gjorde min hårtransplantation för ca 6 månader sedan, och kan med stor säkerhet säga att det var det bästa beslutet jag gjort i hela mitt liv.
