I saw an ad for Nordic Biolabs and decided to give their product a try. Unfortunately, my order took nearly a month to arrive. After using the product for less than 10 days, I noticed a charge of $120 from my bank and learned they were preparing to ship another product. I immediately went to their website to cancel the subscription and request a refund. I submitted four cancellation requests the next day. The company responded by referring me to the terms of the agreement, stating that I had received a discount on the first product and agreed to pay $120 per month for a subscription. They also informed me that to receive a refund, I would need to return the product. Given how long it took for the initial shipment (2–3 weeks) and the additional time required for the return process, I realized it would take about a month and a half to receive my refund. This experience has made it clear that this is not a company I want to do business with. I want to warn others: canceling their subscription is extremely difficult, and their customer service seems focused solely on enforcing their fine-print policies rather than resolving issues.

Unable to cancel subscription, product never arrived, and I was charged 3 times. Had to contact my credit card company, and might have to cancel my card if they continue to charge me. Avoid at all costs. Customer service is non existent. Also, ZERO studies done on this product, and no proof whatsoever on its efficacy. Showed to a few doctors and pharmacists and all agreed it was “snake oil”.

Mycket märklig recension av "Nordiskt Realspar AB", som inte ens stavar rätt till juridik... Det ger inget seriöst intryck av kritiken, dock fick det mig att bli intresserad av vad det var för någon som skrev kritiken så jag sökte via google och hittade trådar på Flashback från 2014 och framåt som varnade för den som skrivit denna kritiken. Det verkar oseriöst av Nordiskt Realspar AB och som ett sätt att försöka smutskasta ett seriöst företag som funnits länge. Själv har jag bara positiv erfarenhet av Nordic Biolabs, liksom de jag jobbar med som har haft bra kontakt med företaget.
