We saw this company dropping off our neighbours bike following repair, I enquired with the delivery member if they could service my 30k Trek Allant 5+ and they agreed on the basis that "if you do a great job, then I'll also ask you to service our other three family bikes". I also highlighted an issue with one of the brakes not applying braking force properly and they promised to take a look. My bike stand had also fallen off due to a snapped bolt, I asked if they might be able to quickly drill out the bolt, they said that they would take a look. A week later, I had heard nothing and so enquired to find out where my bike was, they claimed that they had "tried to call" but I had no missed calls, no SMS, or emails - if a customer isn't contractable via telephone, surely you take an alternative approach. The individual also claimed that they didn't realise that they were delivering the bike back to me, I corrected this and made clear that this was the reason that I chose to use them, because they'd collect/deliver. They also gave me an additional price of 600kr to fix the bike stand, I declined. Eventually they promised to deliver the bike back a few days later. Upon return, it had apparently been serviced, yet the brake issue had not been resolved (a simple case of grease on the pads, which I resolved myself shortly after) and worse still the gears now had an fault (having worked perfectly before), no longer can I obtain top gear, the selector clicks but the derailleur doesn't move. I use this bike weekly and have done for 5 years, I know this bike solidly and I can 100% confirm that the gearing has never had an issue, until the bike went to this company. I also drilled-out the bolt from the faulty bike stand and repaired it myself, it took less than 10 minutes. Worse still, they hadn't even taken just a few minutes to give the bike a wipe/clean, any bike specialist with just an ounce of pride in their work would take just a few minutes to give a bike a little sparkle, for customer-retention, but not this company. I politely raised all of these points with the company, they stated that as a new company they're still learning/growing and are limited on resource, but they refused to acknowledge that they had caused the gearing issue and blamed me, which really irritated. They stated that they don't clean bikes, only at extra cost. And they stated that I hadn't raised the issue with brakes, despite very clearly mentioning this to the individual that collected the bike and logged the job. Needless to say, we won't be giving our other three bikes to this company, the unprofessionalism and lack of care for customer-satisfaction instills zero confidence in competence.

Hade en toppenbra upplevelse av Nordic Bikes i samband med service av min landsvägscykel. Bra och tydlig kommunikation, smidigt med upphämtning och lämning av cykel och superbt resultat. Kommer absolut använda mig av deras tjänster igen.

These guys are very helpful, friendly and experts in their domain. We are on a biketrip through Sweden and I had a tubeless tire to change and they fixed it in a few minutes for little cash. Good luck for your future Business!
