Vriendelijk app verkeer met duidelijke instructies om (Laat) in te checken. Nette kamer met douche en eigen koelkast. Gezamenlijk keukens, wasmachines en woonkamer. Allemaal netjes voor de prijs

Väl bemött efter att ha varit ute på vägarna i ca åtta timmar. Slutet på september. Vandrarhem, men kändes som på hotell. Handduk + sängkläder ingick utan extra kostnad, i bjärt motsats till info från Booking.com

Nice apartment, lousy customer service. Nice spacious apartment with comfortable beds and furniture. Located just off the freeway which was handy. I definitely would recommend this place but have a few issues which could easily be fixed. When we arrived we had to pick up keys at a different address which is all fine, but we get no further instructions regarding the area of the apartment. We had the address from the booking and the keytag says lgh32. We get to the apartment complex area and there are 100's of apartments there and multiple entrances and several buildings. We had to ask someone who lived there for help, and after a while he managed to guide us in the right direction. Then we walk in entrance 32 but we have no idea which floor the apartment is on so we have to look at names on all doors to find Noah apartments which was on the 3rd/top floor. A map and some simple instructions would have been so helpful and saved time and frustration for your renters. Then there was no internet. Called them and they claimed the router with the username and password was behind the TV, sent them a video of behind the TV and surrounding areas and also that there was no TV/cable connection but never got an answer back. Contacted them via phone and sms several time but they stopped answering so we didn't have internet or TV during our stay.
