I contacted this dance school almost a month ago and enrolled a class after the term had started. Due to personal reasons, I couldn't attend a single lesson, informed them immediately, and requested a refund. They refused, claiming "the same rules apply to everyone and it's clearly stated in all info." However, there are no written refund terms anywhere on their website or payment app. When I emailed them that I would report this to Konsumentverket and ARN, they simply ghosted me. Very unprofessional and zero transparency.
