New Stay has been invaluable for us and we are very satisfied with the service provided by them! Living abroad makes it challenging to assist tenants when things happen or things are not working and New Stay have been so helpful here and its been a huge relief both for us but also for our occupants.

It has been an absolute smooth process to find a perfect apartment for my needs on a short notice. The all team has been absolutely incredible: a perfect mix of extremely professional but also personal and always there if I had questions. Thank you so much for taking so good care of me. ! If you don't wanna go through any headache and you want to deal with professionals, then New Stay is the right fit for you. I stayed in a furnitured apartment for 10 months and it was pretty pleasant. They were very responsive to any queries/issues I had.

My wife and I rented an apartment from NewStay in the summer of 2022. The location of the apartment was great, but we had several problems with the cleanliness, noise, and final cleaning fees. When we moved in, the apartment was not clean. There were stains on the curtains, and the sofa smelled. We called and emailed NewStay to request that the apartment be cleaned, but it took them 10 days to send someone to fix the problem. There was also a mobile antenna on the roof of the building that was making a lot of noise. The noise was so loud that we couldn't sleep. We called and emailed NewStay to complain about the noise, but it took them another 10 days to get the antenna fixed. When we moved out, NewStay charged us a cleaning fee of 5,000 SEK for a 55 square meter apartment. This is a very high price for a final cleaning, especially considering that the apartment was not clean when we moved in. After several emails, NewStay eventually refunded half of the cleaning fee. Overall, I would not recommend NewStay to anyone. The company was slow to respond to our complaints, and the cleaning fees were excessive. However, I know that many people in Stockholm have no choice but to rent from NewStay due to the lack of housing. If you are considering renting from NewStay, I urge you to think twice

I had an amazing experience with New stay! I rented a lovely apartment for 1 year in a great location in Östermalm, and everything was very smooth. The staff was always friendly responsive and professional and I didn't face any problems with them. Even when I had an issue with the electricity once I emailed them and the problem was taken care of quickly. Highly recommended for everyone especially if you have just relocated to Stockholm!
