Before working with Jess, I felt like my life was a fast-flowing river, and I was constantly trying not to drown. I had struggled my whole life to create sustainable systems, always feeling like I lacked discipline and willpower. I didn't realize I was working against my brain instead of with it. From our first sessions, I felt the water begin to calm. Jess told me the goal was for me to learn how to swim on my own, and that's exactly what happened. Her approach gave me tools, reflections, and support, always with the intention that I could carry this forward independently. When I started the program, launching a writing workshop felt almost impossible. Now, I've facilitated four free workshops, I'm organizing the second paid one, and I'm developing my own methodology. I've also reconnected with movement in ways I couldn't imagine before: dancing, CrossFit, walking, and swimming in the river. These were activities I couldn't even think about when I was so burned out. Working with Jess gave me the foundation for everything I'm doing now. I have the emotional and practical tools to keep growing in a way that honors who I am. I understand how my brain works, and I no longer feel broken or "too much." I feel like someone who can achieve whatever she wants.

I knew I couldn't continue on with this feeling of existential failure any longer. I felt like a failure at work, and a failure as a mom. I felt like the only option was to just accept that I’ll always struggle. I’ve tried every “hack” out there- new notebooks, colored pens, phone reminders, calendar reminders/color coding, apps, you name it- I’ve tried it. I don’t think I had a specific outcome in mind when I reached out- mainly just “help”! Jess has given me the tools, support, resources, hope, and redirected outlook on my diagnosis, and all of the aspects of my life! Finding alignment, realizing what is truly important to me, and learning to live a life that is true & authentic to me is just the start! Lookout world!
RapporteraJessica is a fantastic coach and overall wonderfully supportive person to work with. I've had anxiety my whole life and have always been known as a people-pleaser, perfectionist, and high-achiever, but was recently diagnosed with ADHD and found myself struggling in my PhD program and other areas of my life. Before my sessions with Jess, I always felt compelled improve myself in every aspect of my life, and felt guilty when I fell short of these goals. I used to feel like if I just tried a little bit harder, everything would suddenly “click” and I’d be a fully functional person ready to thrive in life. Now, I don’t see myself as a group of pieces that need to be fixed, but rather as a whole person who can choose to invest my time and energy in activities and traits that help me find alignment between who I am and who I genuinely want to be. Jess helped me find compassion for all parts of myself and helped me build my own "toolbox" of strategies (through trial and error to find what works for *me*) that I can turn to when frustration seeps in.
RapporteraIn my mind I mostly think I know what I need to do to feel better and take care of myself, but in practice I quickly overwhelm myself, which results in complete freeze and passivity, hence no change or progress. My sessions with Jessica were exactly what I needed to move forward. She helped me with patience, prioritising and how to actually get something started, as well as making those habits stick in the long run. Her knowledge, honesty, openness and genuine care was supportive and comforting during this time and I will be forever grateful to her. I highly recommend Jessica to anyone needing help with figuring out where to start and how to then take action for better life quality long term.

RapporteraI got a lot out of my sessions with Jessica. I have ADHD and I tend to really overthink the past, with Jessica's help I was able to find out where I was holding onto the past and heal old wounds so I could move forwards with my life and have confidence and self love. I also learned to enjoy self care and I now see the importance of looking after myself, because as a Mum and wife my children and husband benefit from me being at my best. I would recommend Jessica as a life coach particularly if you are neorodivergent yourself as she has a lot of knowledge in this area. I really loved our sessions. Thank you.
RapporteraIt was great to see how the main task was crystallized more and more each session we met. I liked the assignments she gave me because they made things very visible for me. I felt that our sessions let to something and was amazed in how short a time progress could be made.
RapporteraIt was my first time getting a coach and I did not know very well what to expect but I went great! I liked the approach of Jessica that i would say, is the perfect mix between emotions and pragmatism, compassion and assertivity. It create the perfect space for growth! I would like to thank Jessica for her kindness and professionalism, these few sessions helped me open up to new possibilities. Some of her explanations about brain and habits (loved her scientifical approach) made me realise i could have control over my patterns and it felt very empowering! Finding a coach that suits you is very personnal and i believe there is not one coach that can suit everybody! However if you're looking for someone to support you throughout this self work I would definitly recommend giving a shot with The Whole Soul!
RapporteraI met Jessica at work and did a few coaching sessions on the side with her. I felt safe to reach out because I already appreciated was how strong she applied psychological safety in the work place. We focused on overwhelm and work-life balance and she guided me in identifying and prioritizing what’s important for me, especially my health and time for myself. I am truly grateful for this and really recommend working with Jessica!
