Absolutely unique place in the wilderness. Thomas is a great host and created a beautiful estate. Everything is hand made, with a lot of taste. It was incredible to cook using wild fire, swim in the lake and just enjoy the quietness.

Lovely place providing a unique experience on a floating cabin which we stayed on. The cabin is provided with a good bed, ice fridge, small inside woodstove and fireplace outside (with plenty of wood), which is especially nice when the sun’s out. The cabin also has a small dry toilet. It is peaceful and quiet on the lake. We can recommend a refreshing dive into the lake in the morning, followed by a cup of coffee brewed on the fireplace. Ashore there are several nice fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and a sauna by the lake. Thomas showed us around and made us feel very welcome, he’s very helpful and nice. Will recommend this place; it would also be very nice to go with a small group of friends to gather in de longhouse and enjoy a good time.
