George did a poor job. We have been to this location before and the other on Drottninggatan and it never took that long. George took too long to do a basic cleaning for my partner. Also, there was an upcharge for a service that was always included when visiting. Had to pay over $200 (2000+ SEK) for just my partner when we've paid a similar price for 2 people. He took too much off the cuticals, now my partner is bleeding. I went to this specific location one time before and it was a fine but I don't want to risk my partner seeing George, so we will be going to the other location exclusively. My partner was highly upset.

I have been to nail democracy like 3 time's and good job this ladt time i was very disappointed for the amount i paid for the bas job. I was there yesterday 25th of July and my time was 3pm. Please the girl that did my nails she wasn't a professional. I don't think i will do my nails again in the holidays because usually the people working there are good.

Fina naglar men otrevlig. Han sa inte ett ord till mig. Vet inte om han använde steriliserade verktyg. När jag frågade verkade han bli sur. Går inte tillbaka.

Great service, friendly staff, very helpful and accommodating. Also very understanding that I was running late due to a meeting.
