The food and drinks were quite good/ average but the service was well below average towards the end, even though the waitress we had was lovely and very friendly. We were a big group of people, in an almost empty restaurant, that asked to pay separately at the end, which they agreed to. Later there was a problem with the app as it was not intuitive how to use it to pay and after trying to fix the issues through the app, which accidentally made us order more than we actually consumed, they made us pay extra to cover costs that they could not show or prove in their system and that we did not consume! In the end we got our money back but after contacting them another time. The whole situation could've been handled smoothly and more easy-going the same night without making us pay extra and making it seem like it was a problem that we were such a large group (which should be appreciated for bringing profit to the company- instead of presented as problematic), which we objected to, as it is not our fault or responsibility as the customers to cover costs that we did not actually order or eat/ drink.
