As the owner of a transport company, I strongly advise against working with this forwarding company. Downtimes are frequent and often very long, but the dispatchers do everything they can to make sure they do not reach 48 hours — for example stopping at 45 hours — just to avoid paying detention fees that officially apply after 48h. This is clearly intentional and done at the carrier’s expense. Mileage is calculated using Google Maps instead of professional truck GPS systems. The difference between what they calculate and what the truck actually drives is significant. Kilometers are regularly cut, and even after arguments, explanations and sending GPS traces, you can rarely recover what you are truly owed. Fighting over kilometers is standard practice here, and most of the time it leads nowhere anyway. Contact with dispatchers is poor — delayed responses, ignoring issues, or shifting responsibility. On top of that, there are discrepancies in toll reimbursements that do not match the real costs incurred by the carrier. What’s even worse: despite being informed well in advance about the need to rush the truck back to Poland to the base, dispatchers take no action whatsoever. They completely disregard the fact that you warned them early and show zero concern for the carrier’s operational needs. This is not a partnership, but constant stress, financial losses and having to watch every single kilometer and hour. I do not recommend this company to any carrier.
