We recently rented a Chevrolet Suburban from Mr Charles for 4 days in Stockholm, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
As a group of six adults with luggage, we were greeted in the terminal immediately after customs by a representative from Mr Charles. The car was waiting for us right outside the terminal door—saving us at least an hour compared to taking shuttles to the traditional rental car center (Hertz, Avis, etc.).
The Suburban itself was immaculate, pristine, and felt brand new. It fitted six adults and all our luggage with room to spare. Cost-wise, it was no more expensive than booking two separate vehicles at legacy agencies, but infinitely more comfortable and convenient.
For the return, Mr Charles offered complete flexibility: we handed the vehicle back to their courteous team directly in downtown Stockholm. This alone saved us at least two hours on departure day.
Huge thanks to Mr Charles and the team for a seamless, premium experience. We will definitely book with them again and cannot recommend them highly enough!

When our plane was cancelled this company did everything to help our group travel further by bus. The price was expensive, but the urgents and quality had its price.

My partner and I had a lovely trip to Stockholm, and it started so well thanks to David from Mr Charles. As you may know, travellers from the UK are now subjected to the Exit/Entry Scheme (EES) which means that getting through customs can be time-consuming - so although we landed at roughly the designated time, it took us the best part of an hour to clear customs. David was in touch throughout, and I sensed no anxiety on his part - he actually said "No stress - looking forward to meeting you", which was really understanding, and it put me at ease about the time it was taking.
David was very professional and friendly when we eventually got out into the arrivals hall, and he looked after all of our luggage like the consummate professional he obviously is. The car was lovely, very smart, air-conditioned, so comfortable in the heat, and we had water waiting for us too.
All in all, a nice welcome and a lovely experience - so thank you for your great service!

My family and I had the absolute pleasure of utilizing Mr. Charles service for 4 different services during a recent trip to Spain. The communication during the booking process from the US was unmatched. Quick and concise replies, confirmations and clarity. The day prior to each service we were introduced to our driver for the service in a group WhatsApp chat. The driver could then communicate with us directly before, during and post service. We had 4 different drivers and each one was FANTASTIC. They truly went above and beyond. Planning international travel can be difficult, Mr. Charles was by far the best service for our trip from the US to Spain!
