Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience here. We’re currently riding the TET through Sweden and had a few parts break on our motorcycles. We stopped by hoping to get some help, but were basically told that all parts would have to be ordered and that it would take several weeks. There was no real attempt to find an alternative solution or help us get back on the road. We understand that not every part can always be available in stock, but as travelers on a long-distance motorcycle trip, we would have appreciated at least some effort to find a temporary or used solution. Unfortunately, we left feeling rather dismissed and had to look elsewhere for help.
