The place is an absolute gem, the food was so amazing, delicate, tasteful. Refined and well presented, prepared with love and care. I took the vegetarian option that was so yummy. Very affordable price and on top of this, service is amazing and the kindness of the staff is so appreciative. I will come back ! And you should too ;)

i ate lunch here and just had to book a table for the same evening. we ate just about everything. i have been exposed to incredible food my entire life and i don't have a single thing to nitpick about the food here, i'm an absolute snob and i just have to say, wow. if you want to eat asian food in gothenburg this is your only option, I will for sure be a regular here. amazing spot.

My friend asked the woman serving whether he was allowed to use the entire provided jar of furikake on his rice and her reaction was priceless lmao. Anyway, great Japanese restaurant and I always look forward to coming here. Good teishoku is not very common, but meshiya scratches that itch.
