It took us a while, but it was well worth it. The Meriq reservation system downloads directly into our Brunswick SYNC software. Elenor was a big help and extremely patient. Way more user friendly than other reservation systems. Cudo's to Meriq.

Consistently get updates wrong causing booking issues. Is it because we have to go through a 3rd party and information gets lost. Personally feel that if customers were to go direct it would be a smoother transition.
