(this is my 2nd comment) I originally thought I wouldn't react to the response by M24 management. However, given that their response contains untruths, insinuations and inaccuracies, I have to respond here again. Also, under my comment was my full name. Their response was unsigned. As I told their manager on the phone few weeks ago, as well as that nice guy who works at the reception, who was the only one who was back then decent enough to listen to my side of the story:  I was then ready to sit down again with the other side and go through the whole situation. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. First of all, as I said before, at the very core of the cause of this whole situation is the music played during group training sessions, which is simply unhealthy loud! In one of my emails to their management, I even gave them a link to the website of an Australian institute that proved that a noise level above 90dB in a gym is unhealthy if a person is exposed to that level of noise for a prolonged period of time.They simply ignored it. I struggle to understand why I wasn't allowed to explain this to one of the traineers. Furthermore, apparently my answer and all my conversations with the trainers were not conveyed properly to Member24 management. I didn't walk through the main floor then nor haven't I done it once during all those months of me going to that gym. Naturally, I knew that would not be the right thing to do. If this was what Member24 management were told by trainers and others, so be it. Again, as I put in my first comment,  and for clarity: I simply went through the upper, smaller raised part of the floor where there were two or three exercisers at the time, and where the machines were. As I said several times, I HAD to go through that part to get the barbell with which I needed for my exercise. At that time, there were two or three in that small space, and I did not bother anyone. Secondly, in their response they talk about my "threats" to one of the trainees.As I said in a conversation over the phone with one of their managers, I haven't threatened that person. I only said in front of two coaches-witnesses that I would find that man to talk to him to clarify. His gesture, as I wrote, was vulgar, uncivilized and full of disrespect: to remind Member24 management he showed me the middle finger on both hands refusing any conversation with me. I took that as an expression of extreme disrespect.  Member24 management didn't: they haven't done, said, or written anything about it. And finally that patronizing tone by an unsigned member of  Member24 management about my "being polite and remorseful afterward"... My only "remorse" was that I allowed myself to be provoked by a rude, uncivilized person, full of disrespect, arrogant and lying. "Lying" because at the end of the whole situation, he was that disrespectful and dishonourable not to admit what had happened. Instead,  in front of her two coaches pretended that nothing had happened, telling me that he didn't know what I was talking about. Regrettably, this one also wasn't none of your concern. Your reasoning was a quick fix: "the incident has been perceived differently depending on who you ask". Then one can deduce logically that I looked to others "provocative, disruptive and discourteous".  But if they had come closer they could have heard me trying to explain my actions and reasons behind it, as well as a raised, disrespectful voice by one of the coaches. And that vulgar and provocative gesture by one of their teammates has remained invisible to them. None of my story has realy come through. That's why I consider their answer as well as investigation unfair, one-sided, insincere and incomplete: all the necessary elements to conclude the investigation and ban me permanently from Member24 gym were there. As for me, I will not continue the discussion.I had to respond to Memberr24 management's  response, because it was full of insinuations and untruths, again, below my full name visible to everyone here. SOUTH är ett ganska fint gym som verkar vara mer sport/konditions bassared och är bra för dem som vill träna med sin kroppsvikt. Det är inte enormt men det är ganska stort. Rekommenderar att gå hit om man vill träna inför någon sport, träna kondition på mer komplexa sätt än att bara springa och man kan även köra övningar som hjälper med rörlighet här.
