MAX Burgers – Gothenburg Central Station I visited MAX Burgers at Gothenburg Central Station on a Sunday around 18:15, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The restaurant is relatively small, but one thing that stood out immediately was the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. The employees(Ms. Evelina)were polite, welcoming, super smiley and clearly doing their best to serve customers despite the busy period. The food itself was good and tasted fresh. I ordered a vegetarian burger and specifically requested that care be taken to avoid contamination. I really appreciated how seriously the staff handled my request. The employee washed her hands before preparing my order and took extra care to prepare the burger in a vegetarian-friendly way. This attention to the customer's request made a very positive impression on me. The location at Central Station is convenient, especially for travellers and people looking for a quick meal while passing through Gothenburg. However, compared with the MAX restaurant at Brunnsparken, this location has considerably less seating space. If you are visiting during a busy period, finding a comfortable place to sit may be difficult. There were also a few areas where the experience could be improved. The recycling bin was already full during my visit, which made the area look less tidy than it could have been. The restaurant also does not have toilets, so customers may need to look elsewhere if they need to use one. The speed of service was not particularly impressive during my visit. I did have to wait longer than expected for my food. That said, it was Sunday at around 18:15, and the restaurant was fairly busy, so I understand that the staff were under pressure. Importantly, I felt that the employees were genuinely trying their best and remained friendly throughout the experience. Overall, I would say this MAX Burgers location has friendly staff, fresh and tasty food, and a very convenient location. The vegetarian preparation and attention to my request were particularly appreciated. However, the limited seating, full recycling bin, lack of toilets, and slower service are areas that could be improved. A good option for a quick meal at Gothenburg Central Station, especially if you value friendly service and fresh vegetarian options.

Under all kritik!!! Hade beställt beställt dricka och en liten burgare. Hur kommer det sig att det tar 50 minuter och att man missar tåget. Hemsk och traumatisk upplevelse.😡😥🦐🦐🦐⏰️⏰️⏰️

Tro eller Ej .. jag åt här för Andra gång..MAX det bästa Burgaren! Jag är verkligen trott på Mcdo BK dåligt kvalitet på burgaren :/

Måste vara en av Sverige sämsta Max-restauranger. Beställde 11st lökringar. 5 st som knappast har ringar. Tillplattade slnderfriterade pinnar snarare. Jag klagade och sa att jag beställt 11 st lökringar och visade, de såg inte felet. Ringar har hål och de är bara 5st och inte 11. De gjorde nya, som också var hårda och sönderfriterade. Gap och skrik med siffror hela tiden från personalen. Det finns en tavla. Kunder får väl titta på den. Det visar ju på att det är viktigare att skjuta ut mat istället för service till redan betalande kunder Hade kunnat ta en efterrätt i inväntan på tåg, men då tar man hellre en kaffe och sötsak på annat ställe än detta skrik.
