As someone who takes specialty coffee seriously, this visit was a major letdown. I initially asked for a flat white, but it wasn't on the menu and the staff didn't know how to make one, so I settled for an oat milk cortado instead. While the sandwich I ordered was actually quite good, the cortado was awful. The cup had zero coffee aroma, and the taste was completely off, either the espresso was poorly extracted from very low-quality beans, or the oat milk had actually spoiled. Overall, the café just doesn't seem well-prepared or equipped to serve a proper coffee. Two stars strictly for the food.
