We had a very pleasant experience purchasing our house through this office. We are not Swedish, but we did not experience this as a disadvantage. Very experienced and professional staff.

Not responding to my calls nor emails, I had to call the agency number , many times to be able to talk to someone. Absolutely disappointed with this agency 😒 😕 😞 😑 . At first the agent said no problem showing me the properties as they are empty, And it turned out Not wanting to arrange any viewings for me!!!!!

Doesn’t respond to emails if you’re non-Swedish. In fact even prefers to sell a property for less if it’s to a Swede rather than to the higher foreign (German/Dutch/Danish) bidder. Plenty of similar cases to mine.
