Very poor customer service, creates problems for themselves and then charges for solving them

Great product, just spoke with them over the phone and they accurately printed (and laminated) what I needed quickly and efficiently. It's a little expensive but I'm happy with how the job turned out.

"Cold fish, tight lipped service", deserves maybe minus one star, but for sure no recommendations at all, walked in wain for almost an hour. I couldn't remember the shop I used for printing last time. That was excellent service, in two seconds we managed to download and email the documents to the shop for print out. This man did not even came close to look at my phone or tried to help me to do the same thing because I struggled. I begged him at least 3x kindly, coldhearted from a meter distance turned me down. "I don't know"- he kept saying. What annoyed me most that he said it without even coming close to look at it. I left very disappointed and frustrated. He might owns the shop that he can afford to treat one like that. They let me greatly down 👇

Svar från Mail Boxes Etc.

Hello Anita, It saddens us that you feel let down. We always aim to provide the highest possible service for all clients. Regarding the technical issues with your phone, you detailed that anything downloaded was removed/deleted and therefore were not able to provide a file for us to print. As explained we would not know any reason for such issues and based on your explanation of the phones behavior, it is not something that we could remedy or know what causes might be. If you sort it out and are able to mail us the file, or put it on a flash drive, we would gladly print it for you free of charge as we would put value into changing your opinion. We hope you will grant us the opportunity - now or any time in the future. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. B R Team MBE
