I do not recommend. I’ll try to make the story short: we rented a car, it had motor oil problem, we fixed the problem ourselves and sent them the receipt for the oil bottle as they asked. We gave back the car. The next day we received emails mentioning fines: first about small scratches on the car (we didn’t have any incident, and nothing was visible when we gave back the car since there was dust on it). They took the whole deposit (9500SEK) after that. This is annoying but can still be fair regarding the second point. They charged us 15000SEK for driving abroad (we did), even though they didn’t mention any rule of that type when we took the car. After looking for information, we understood that other companies ASK you before you leave, and make you pay a small supplement (or they don’t mention it and don’t give you a fine). We tried to discuss with the customer service, who was talking “kindly” but not understanding at all. We also had to wait for three months for them to send the final invoice (so we couldn’t claim the insurance). So, if you go with them, take a solid hour to read the whole contract, or be aware that the final price can end up being more than seven times higher.
