I had an appointment for Vit C facial with Baishali. I had a wonderful experience. The facial was amazing, and the massage was absolutely perfect, so relaxing and rejuvenating. Highly recommended!

Had an appointment with Vishali on 10th June, even after explaining multiple times she made eyebrows uneven, Eyebrow which had maximum better growth better angle was made thinner.very disappointed with the service. What made even worse is she was like just few hair you can use eyebrow pencil.I did get lot of bruses after two days.I paid and left to never return to them. Just to clarify on Complimentary service comment by owner, neither i have requested nor they have offered any complimentary service. I have paid full amount 100 kr online both times.

Dear Shubha, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your recent visit. We would like to clarify that this was your second visit with us, and during your previous complimentary appointment with Sushma, as well as during your recent appointment, it was explained that your eyebrows had already been significantly over plucked in the past. Unfortunately, we are unable to create or grow new eyebrow hair where natural hair is no longer present, and this can limit the possibility of achieving perfect symmetry. Our therapist did her best to work with the existing hair and also suggested using an eyebrow pencil temporarily to enhance the appearance while allowing the brows time to regrow naturally. Regarding the bruising, some clients with sensitive skin may occasionally experience minor redness or bruising after treatment, although this is usually temporary. We genuinely regret that you were unhappy with the outcome, as client satisfaction is very important to us. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Got my eyebrows threaded by Sushma and my only regret is not finding her sooner! Highly recommend getting your brows done here. Efficient, no pain, looks great and good value.

Sushma did a great job threading my eyebrows. It didn’t hurt at all, and she shaped them exactly the way I wanted. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely visit again!
