I can’t recommend this service highly enough. The team was professional, friendly and above all genuinely committed to helping their customers. I was traveling through the country when my motorcycle developed a serious problem ( severely leaking fork seals). Despite having a very busy schedule, they went out of their way to fit me in. What impressed me the most was their attitude. They did everything they could to help, kept me informed throughout the process, and managed to repair my motorcycle in just three hours. Thanks to their dedication and efficiency, I was able to continue my journey without losing valuable travel time. A huge thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service, professionalism, and kindness. If you’re looking for a workshop that truly cares about its customers, this is the place to go.

Short story: I bought a BMW 1200 GS 2014 OLJ972 here thinking they would be professional BMW experts. They sold me a bike with evident issues (warped rims, ticking noise from the engine, GPS not fully working), I got my money back but had to buy another bike in a few days as I had planned a trip to the Alps and they didn't really help finding a solution if not keeping the bike or getting the money back. Note: I found the issues myself later because I didn't have a driving license when buying the bike. Long story: I bought the bike here, authorised BMW dealer, because I didn't want to risk having issues like when buying from a private. They are the expert and should know very well what is a good used bike from a badly used bike. I find a bike that I like, I go there (5h from my place), I'm assured the bike is in "great conditions" and I buy it without testing it since I didn't have the driving license yet. I take the driving license and do my first multi day trip taking highways and I realise that the GPS is not fully working, both rims are very much bent and the engine in making a ticking noise. I had already booked a trip to the Alps and had less than a month to fix these problems. The dealer didn't seem to be worried at all of having sold me a bike far from in great conditions. I had to chase them with calls and highlighted that I needed a solution be able to leave for my trip (borrowing the rims from another bike, or renting another bike for the trip, or anything they could think of). My feeling was that they were mainly thinking of not loosing too much money, instead of trying to make up for selling a bike without even testing it, as I still can't explain how they didn't feel the vibrations from the rims. Note that I bought the bike in December and they kept it until April and they knew that I live far away, so they had plenty of time to check if the bike had any issues. In the end I got my money back, but had to rush buying another bike a few days before leaving to the Alps (picked up the new bike literally the day before). This might be an isolated case, but I'm not happy that I wasted time and money because they were selling a bike without testing it. Fun fact: my new bike has the GPS preparation but not the GPS. I asked Lundegrens if I could keep the GPS since it's not fully working but I would have liked to use it anyway for my trip as I had created GPX files. They said I could borrow it for the trip, but they needed the full bike back to resell it. I refused to avoid risks bringing it with me. They are now selling again my bike and of course the GPS is not included :)

Bra mottagande och trevlig personal. Sambons BMW var lite stökig, de fixade hoen, ringde och updaterade allteftersom felsökning/jobb pågick. Specialister på BMW MC. Det går även att hyra MC här för den som vill.

1 juni 2026 Besökte Lundgrens lite hastigt för två år sedan. Blev rekommenderade denna firma av en bekant. Efter en resa i Europa var det dags för däckbyte. Hade tidigare ringt och bokat tid, fint bemötande av trevlig och professionel personal. Däckbytet fixades på 1,5-2 tim, efter det blev det hemresa till Umeå. Kommer att anlita Lundgrens fler gånger. 28 aug 2026 Nytt besök för att göra 3000-mila service. Mycket nöjd med service och bemötande. Förutom alla mc fanns här också en BMW C1 i nyskick att beskåda.
