Мне не возвращают депозит более 3 месяцев и перестали отвечать на gmail. Также, когда я заселялась, квартира была грязная, даже мусор не вынесли... Я присоединяюсь к другим отзывам. Создаётся впечатление, что они не рассчитывали мне что-либо возвращать

Stayed with LU accomodation in September 2025, they charged my account twice and I STILL have not received a refund (despite 15+ calls/emails). Apparently all of the staff are on sick leave or if not they are utterly incompetent. Would greatly discourage anyone from associating.

It is odd I cannot give this place less than 1 star because it doesnt even serve the basic function of being a livable place. Please reconsider if you want to stay here. Or risk showering and washing your clothes in another hotel for the next 6 hours because of the bug infested rooms this place had given you.

Honestly I feel like I got robbed. They would charge you any amount of deposit without providing any evidence or explanation. All I got is “thorough cleaning”, no photos, no evidence. I spent 2 whole days cleaning up the apartment wdym “thorough cleaning”? I feel like students are being treated as an ATM. Oh forgot to mention they said they do compound interest as well. They have the audacity to count in the cost of capital while my deposit should have also yielded interests all along. The service during accommodation is really satisfactory. But after I moved out? Extremely disappointed.

As an international student in Lund, my experience with LU Accommodation has been deeply disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the process was poorly managed. I was given a room that was not properly cleaned, forcing me to do the cleaning myself right after a long journey. Despite this, I took extra care when moving out, ensuring the apartment was spotless, yet I was only refunded half of my deposit. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency and fairness in their processes. The caretakers provided no clear justification for the significant deduction from my deposit, and my appeals were dismissed without any reasonable explanation. It feels like students, especially internationals, are being taken advantage of, with little regard for fairness or customer service. I strongly urge future students to be cautious and prepared for similar experiences when dealing with this organization. It's disappointing that in a city known for its international community, students are treated this way.

Cleaned perfectly for 2 full days and they still didn't return the money!
