When I bought my loop fly rod, I was told that there was a no-questions, no-hassle, lifetime replacement warranty. It was touted as the best part of buying a loop rod. When I went to get a new end section for it recently, I was told they don't make that rod anymore and that I now need the original receipt, even though I sent them pictures, including the loop case that shows the model number on the end. This would present a crossroads for companies that separates the good from the bad. The good ones will keep a loyal customer happy for the small investment, and the bad ones will focus on the few dollars saved and not care about their customer. Therefore, I asked again if there was any way around it, and after some time, I was told by Fredrik that there was not. This sort of poor over-promise and under-deliver approach leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, I will think twice before buying another one because of it, and I suggest that if you are told something similar, don't believe it.

Like the dude who wrote another review on here, I can't say enough good things about LOOP! I've used many different rods and I'm no expert but theirs are the best I've ever had the pleasure of fishing with! The EvoTec is my absolute favorite and I also have a Q Series that 👊 above its class! I live in the US but I've had the honor of speaking to their customer service team a few times and they're top notch guys! Friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and they process repairs FAST! Real stand up fellas here and I'm so grateful to own some of their products. They treat you like you're their top customer no matter how small the order and I always look forward to chatting with them! Try one of their rods and you'll be sold. I can delicately cast a tiny dry with my 6wt on a gin clear spring creek then throw a streamer on later with no issue. I haven't found any other rod that does it so well. And their equipment is all a work of art that gets you compliments wherever you take it. Really appreciate you guys!
