Helpful service, great product
I ordered a baseball cap to be delivered to my home in Germany. DHL messed up the delivery twice and sent the item back to Sweden both times. Frustrating, but only DHL to blame. Henke from Local Rule was patient and provided fast support -- he resent the hat twice and on the third attempt it finally arrived. It's a great hat too and I've been wearing it daily. Don't blame these guys for DHL's mistakes or Trump's tariffs.

Paid €35 for nothing | extremely poor service
I ordered a quarter zip and paid a €15 shipping fee, which I understand is normal. Unfortunately, the item was too small, so I had to return it. To my surprise, I had to pay another €20 for the return shipping. In total, I spent €35 in shipping costs and ended up with nothing. I find this very disappointing and not customer-friendly at all. The return process feels unfair and leaves a bad impression of the overall service.
Svar från Local Rule
Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. We completely understand your frustration regarding the shipping costs, especially when the item unfortunately didn’t fit. Just to clarify, we do offer free exchanges for sizing issues. In this case, unfortunately, the color you originally ordered was sold out, so an exchange wasn’t possible. We understand this was not the outcome you had hoped for, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as feedback like this helps us improve. Best, Henrik

Hidden import costs. Dont hold what they promise.
Two weeks after receiving my order, I was slapped with additional import duties and UPS handling fees, supposedly “covered” under their so-called local rules. In practice, UPS charged me (more then the import cost) to cover the import cost and then invoiced me directly, in total 35 USD on a caps that cost 57. This completely contradicts the seller’s claim that all import costs are included. This is misleading at best, and borders on a scam. The product itself: Mediocre quality at best.
Svar från Local Rule
Hey Kristian! That’s unfortunate to hear. We will of course refund you for the extra custom if this was the case. Please always reach out to our support if you have concerns of a product or shipping as we can’t see any correspondence about this until now. / David at Local Rule.
