The lady left the security tag on my item of clothing. I don’t live in Sweden. I’ve packed the top in the bag in my luggage. I’ve called the store so many times and sent emails asking for them to refund as I can’t wear the top!! I’ve heard nothing back. Really really poor service and not acceptable to ignore my emails. The lady was lovely who served me and I appreciate it was an accident but I’ve now a top I can’t wear! Most of the shops where I live no longer use these kind of security tags so I can’t even try and find some where to remove. I hope they read this review and correct the situation.
