Har handlat i många år och alltid varit väldigt nöjd. Håller med många andra här om att Svea ekonomi som betalning är inte bra. Hade hellre sett Klarna. Nu får jag köra på Swish,lite motvilligt.

WARNING: BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAM; Wrong replacement product On 14.05.2026, I ordered three premium high-visibility safety helmets from their e-shop. The first red flag appeared on the order confirmation PDF, which listed a different, older model. I thought OK, it's still the same brand, but the previous generation of the product. The order finally arrived on 26.05.2026 (taking much longer than the advertised maximum of 5 workdays). When I opened the box, I found three completely different, cheaper helmets. These are nothing like what they advertise: Wrong base model. Completely unventilated (missing the advertised air vents). No reflective details. Wrong product era (old generation). Basic color, not the high-visibility fluorescent color I ordered. To top it off, the specific cheap model they actually sent me isn't even listed anywhere in their e-shop. When I confronted the store, their customer service casually responded: "What you have received is a replacement product... which is unfortunately out of stock." After I refused their initial offer to keep the wrong helmets for a discount and still demanded a return shipping label, they probably realized that returning these old items via international courier would cost them more than the actual value of their dead stock. They eventually refunded my money in full so they wouldn't have to deal with the shipping costs. As of writing this (31.05.2026), they still have this "out of stock" premium helmet actively available for purchase on their website to lure in new customers. This is a calculated bait-and-switch scam to clear out old, unwanted inventory. Avoid at all costs!

On 14.05.2026, I ordered three "Kask Zenith X Air Hi-Vis Lime-Fluo" (product code WHE00076) safety helmets from their e-shop. See the attached screenshot from their website. The first red flag appeared on the order confirmation PDF, which listed a different model code (WHE00041). I thought OK, it's still Zenith, but previous generation of the model. The order finally arrived on May 26, 2026 (taking much longer than the advertised maximum of 5 workdays). When I opened the box, I found three completely different helmets with product code WHE00024. As you can see in the pictures, these are nothing like what they advertise: 1. Wrong base model. 2. No "Air" (completely unventilated). 3. No "Hi-Vis" (no reflective details). 4. Wrong product era (not the newer "X" series). 5. They are standard green, not high-visibility fluo/lime. To top it off, the specific model they actually sent me isn't even listed anywhere in their e-shop. When I confronted Ullared Lantmän, their customer service casually responded: "What you have received is a replacement product for the Kask Zenith Air which is unfortunately out of stock." After I refused their initial offer to keep the wrong helmets for a 50% discount and still demanded a return shipping label, they probably realized that returning these old helmets via international courier would cost them more than the actual value of their dead stock. They eventually refunded my money in full so they wouldn't have to deal with the shipping costs. Se upp för att handla här online. Här kan man göra riktiga fynd. Vi på Röjex AB har flera gånger köpt handskar och skyddskläder till mycket bra priser. Tyvärr har dock e-handeln stora brister. Leveranstiden har ibland varit många veckor. Kvitto på köpet får man fråga efter nästan varje gång. Nu senast var leveransen inte komplett, trots att alla saker skulle ha plockats enligt följesedeln. Den fysiska butiken är trevlig och personalen är hjälpsam. Tyvärr är det endast ett begränsat utbud i butiken jämfört med webbshopen. Tyvärr dåligt betyg för den här butiken innan webbshopen fungerar. Vi kommer inte att beställa härifrån igen.
