Simply put: Exceptional! We were treated with a warm, genuine and kind welcome and were quickly made to feel "at home" even though we had not made any reservation. Once seated, we had the full attention of the sympathetic and thoughtful server / bar manager who accompanied us throughout the whole evening with the same attention. Whilst going through the menu, we were quickly assured that the 7 course tasting menu could be adapted to fit our vegetarian diet and were after correspondence with the chef updated on how the menu would look like. What we experienced from that point on one would only EXPECT in much higher priced establishments. The accompanying explanation of each dish by the head chef, the thoughts put into them and the continuous attention on our wellbeing such as sharing of their genuine passion for their work has left us wondering if its too good to be true. Their "aimed for" philosophy is most definitely well delivered & received in the form of price- and praiseworthy food, exceptional experience not just for us but anyone as well as the no waste thought and approach into designing different components in their menu (as well as a surprise course). The brilliance of the head chef is highlighted in the close attention to textures, balance, a bit more uncommon but theme matching flavour combinations that make the dish feel whole. In the end of the day we can say it was one of the best meals and food experiences we've had! Thank you to the head chef, bar manager and of course to the owner for hiring and giving certain liberties to his staff for autonomously making sure of the best kind of experience. (amazing chocolate negroni to accompany the desert as well!) This restaurant and staff deserves recognition.

En utmärkt plats för middag , där allt känns genomtänkt in i minsta detalj. Spännande smaker, elegant presentation och en behaglig atmosfär. Råvarornas kvalitet och den fina balansen i rätterna märks tydligt. En middsg med ett bestående gott intryck – hit återvänder jag gärna.

På besök för en lunch. Tog sallad nicoise som tyvärr inte uppfyllde förväntningarna. Jag hade förväntat mig någon form av vinegrett eller liknande men det fick jag ej vilket gjorde salladen väldigt tafatt. 2 minimala ansjovisfileer räckte inte långa vägar för att få upp sälten, var därför tvungen att salta på ordentligt själv för att överhuvudtaget få igång smakerna. Absolut inte värd 170 kr. Vi fick en side sallad som "starter" som hade en helt ok vinegrett däremot..
