I had booked their 'exit cleaning' service and it was very poor. First of all the cleaning staff and the owner don't speak the same language and hence the communication/instructions are unclear. They did not have any cleaning equipment/tools that you would expect a "professional cleaning company" to have; the staff were using simple microfiber like cloth to clean tiles, sink etc. They did not even have an appropriate step ladder to reach top of shelves. I saw the staff struggling to open the window with a screwdriver that was as small as a toothpick. Overall, I had a bad experience. They might be effective if you take one of their subscriptions where they clean your apartment at regular intervals.
