Fint det blir i nya lokalen 👍, och mer personal. Alltid nöjd med servicen . Dem letar om det behövs och är hjälpsamma med lämna/hämta paket . Men är det öppet till 19 eller 20 på vardagar ? Olika bud om man googlar på butiken.

The guy was trying to steal my parcel. I was returning my parcel to Amazon with a QR code from Postnord around 18:00. Gave it to the guy, he scanned it (or now I understand that he pretended to scan it), then dropped it just near the Post Nord mail bins located just besides him and said to me “you will receive the receipt on your email”. 20 min later no receipt and the status on Amazon didn’t change. Since it was an expensive parcel, I went here again and asked him to print the receipt. And from that moment he started to lie. Firstly, he said to me “It is well scanned and the postnord guy will come this evening to collect the parcels”. I said that I still need the receipt. Then he started to “search” for my parcel in the postnord bins and said that he cannot find it (I’ve dropped it 20 min ago and saw where he put the parcel, it was not there anymore). He said that if it was not in the bins it is because the guy has already came to pick it up (WHAT? Only my parcel and not others? He just said that the postnord guy WILL come this evening). I said that it was ridiculous. Then he told me “okay than you have to wait for an hour until I find your parcel” because he has too many customers and he doesn’t have time (there was one lady there at that time). I said that I will wait. And then the guy went to their warehouse, far away from the place where the postnord parcels to be shipped this evening were located and found by miracle my parcel. WOW MAGIC. Scanned it (for the real this time), gave me the printed receipt and the status on Amazon changed in 2 min to “parcel dropped off”. Really hope that the parcel will now manage it until it’s final destination. Conclusion: if you are sending expensive things, either don’t do it here or ask for the printed receipt and don’t trust the « ticket will be sent by mail ». For the new direction, please review the quality/honesty of your staff (at least the ones that worked there already before the change).
