The staff is very nice and with little of that protocol niceness. That is, polite and helpful. And the shop is quiet, comfortable and bright (Update: it has now music. At a pharmacy. I don't want to use the word 'ruined', but that's the one that came to my mind) It is very unpleasant to cross the mall to get to the shop, because of digital signage though, due to a commercial approach of outdated idolization of technology. It is not comfortable and misses the sense of locality and humaneness. As if people were consumerist machines. An old American 'Las Vegas-ish'/last century-ish view that is still strongly present in businesses, unfortunately. The Apotek itself has one of those screens outside. As if I needed to be 'attracted' to a pharmacy, or rather.. scared from it. But once inside the environment is highly respectful to the senses. All white and serene. Except for the annoying .99-style prices The staff is exceptionally nice and competent
