Saturday, August 29 th 2026. The season seems to be over. The sign at the entrance says: " restaurant closed, reception only open from 8-12 in the morning". I wonder how you could check in if you arrive in the afternoon? Location looks some what run down. The best days of this place are definilety over. Home pages only availsble in Swedish...

We loved our stay at this beautiful campsite. The common areas are incredibly clean. The place is quiet and splendid, with a magnificent view of the lake. The staff is lovely. Go spend a few days there, you won't regret it!"

Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Sauna ist abends geöffnet. Alles ist sauber. Aber der Platz liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und man steht nur auf Asphalt. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier nicht richtig.

À fuir ! Une expérience désastreuse et un comportement intolérable de la réceptionniste ​Je n'ai jamais vécu un tel manque de respect et un tel niveau d'agressivité dans un établissement. ​Dès notre arrivée, la réceptionniste a eu des propos très inquiétants (« j'espère que je serai encore en vie demain »). Nous avons essayé d'être compréhensifs, mais la suite a été un enchaînement de dysfonctionnements et d'impolitesse : ​Problèmes de facturation : Le prix affiché pour le sauna était de 750 kr, mais nous avons été facturés 950 kr. De plus, la réceptionniste a tenté de nous le faire repayer une seconde fois lors de la remise des clés ! ​Prestation lamentable : Le sauna sur le lac était dans un état de saleté déplorable (gobelets en plastique abandonnés, morceaux de bois qui traînaient) et il était complètement froid. Aucun feu n'était allumé. ​Comportement inadmissible et agressif : Lorsque nous sommes retournés à la réception pour signaler ces problèmes, la réceptionniste nous a accueillis en mangeant la bouche pleine et en se léchant les doigts devant nous. ​Quand je lui ai fait remarquer qu'un sauna ne devrait pas être sale et qu'il aurait dû être préparé, elle est devenue hystérique. Elle a claqué des doigts pour me dire de m'asseoir, m'a dit brutalement « Shut up » (tais-toi) et nous a ordonné de quitter le camping immédiatement ! ​Ce niveau d'agressivité et d'irrespect est scandaleux. Cette personne semble extrêmement instable et n'a absolument rien à faire à un poste en contact avec du public. ​Message à la direction : Prenez des mesures d'urgence concernant cette salariée et l'hygiène de vos équipements. C'est un désastre absolu.

Unacceptable experience — Extremely rude and aggressive receptionist. Avoid! ​I have never experienced such a lack of respect and aggressive behavior in any hospitality establishment. ​Right from our arrival, the receptionist made very disturbing comments (“I hope I’ll still be alive tomorrow”). We tried to be understanding and look past it, but the rest of our stay was a succession of billing issues, terrible service, and pure rudeness: ​Billing issues: The displayed price for the floating sauna was 750 SEK/NOK, but we were charged 950 SEK/NOK. On top of that, when collecting the keys, the receptionist attempted to charge us a second time for a booking we had already paid for. ​Disastrous service: The sauna on the lake was completely cold with no fire lit, and in a disgusting state of cleanliness (leftover plastic cups, wood debris scattered everywhere, completely neglected). ​Outrageous and aggressive behavior: When we returned to the reception to report these issues, the receptionist received us while eating, talking with her mouth full, and licking her fingers right in front of us. ​When I pointed out that it wasn't acceptable for a rented sauna to be dirty and cold, she became completely aggressive. She snapped her fingers at me to tell me to sit down, shouted “Shut up!” at me, and ordered us to leave the campsite immediately! ​Such instability, disrespect, and hostility toward guests is completely unacceptable. This person is clearly unfit to work in customer service. ​Message to management: Please address this situation urgently regarding this employee's behavior and the condition of your facilities. This was an absolute disaster.
