You went to a butcher shop clearly stating on the sign that we sell Swedish meat including openly handled pork looking for kosher meat? I don't think all of my colleagues know the meaning of kosher as most of us are Christians and there is absolutely no need for knowing that - no Jew who cares the least about his faith would go looking for meat in a shop full of hams. If you were actually a Jew you would know that there is only one place where you can buy imported kosher meat in Stockholm, located by the synagogue. And if you actually cared you could have asked the Jewish guy in our team and he would have directed you there. I will obviously report your review as fake.
