Pathetic. Ordered two forequarter lamb chops. The weight was much more than I asked for but I forgave that. However, when I opened the package at home I was shocked to find the worst butchering job I'd ever seen. At one end these chops were more than 3 cm thick. At the other, around 1.5. And even worse, they were not the forequarter chops that I'd selected. The thief that took away the piece of meat I picked switched it for an inferior cut. Full of bone and grissle. Needless to say, the thick parts were the bone and grissle. The meat (which was actually ok) was at the thin end. Avoid this rip off merchant!

Best butcher around. I received the best quality oxtail in my life a couple days ago. I’m going this morning for more. They have all cuts of meat for every culture in this world.

Compré 900gr de matambre. Lo venden sellado y con toda la grasa escondida hacia adentro. Luego de quitarle la mayoría de la grasa quedaron 300gr de "carne". Foto ya limpia.

The service is excellent! They're very helpful and provide the best products. I've placed several large orders and they've always resolved everything I've needed on time. I'm very grateful.

We buy lamb meat from köttkompaniet for years now. The quality of the meat is really good but they are really expensive now.
